Complaints

In the event that you have a reason to raise a complaint against our staff or any services we have undertaken for you, you can raise the matter with a partner of the firm. You can do so by emailing complaints@rflegal.co, setting out the details of your complaint, and the matter will be dealt with. If you are not happy with the outcome of your complaint, you are entitled to raise a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman Service. RF Legal LLP will adhere to any decision made by the ombudsman service in respect to our services.
